It will, but not to the same numbers.

We are getting close to this bitcoin price, the bitcoin will continue to fall if china gov will ban all the exchanges. They already banned ICOs. Already BTCC is shutting down any trading activity on 30 september.
Let's hope the real time virtualpub convertor or ref comision will be adjusted with the cheap btc price. Grin
