friends that invest on ETH did not get their payout in the last 4 day.
maybe you need to wait for a while because i see there is delay payout from genesis mining itself and make sure that your friend can reach minimal payout for daily. because if we can not reach minimal payout, then it will delay until you can reach it. the other option, asked your friend to send ticket to genesis mining about the problem.
If people are complaining about not received payments means they already reached those withdrawal limits. If they don't reach withdrawal limits then they are not allowed to withdraw their coins.

friends that invest on ETH did not get their payout in the last 4 day.
They are having delay in payouts for months now and like I have predicted before genesis mining will soon get bankrupt or will run away because their business model is not sustainable one. Right now they are selling pre-orders of bitcoin mining rigs so that they can pay old investors with new investor's money, they are running in HYIP model.
I will always Stay away from any of so called cloud mining sites.
All HYIP model business will end soon or later and people never should invest money these businesses. I don't believe them and it will be a two years contract and in two years anything can happen so I prefer to invest that money in coins directly instead cloud mining.
