Yes and no. There are still a bunch of genesis addresses mining constantly. The contributions to the ART ICO will drastically reduce the supply for a brief amount of time, because all of them will be burned
I'm keeping some of the MNE and I'd like to see the total supply numbers adjusted to reflect the burned tokens. It should become a pretty low number and a good number of genesis holders didn't take this project seriously. So a number of coin will never be used.
