I'm seeing that they are sending the bounties now but I still haven't received my ATS from investment yet. 
Are you using myetherwallet? If so, did you add the ATS token? I didn't see mine until I added the ATS token. Then my ATS balance popped up.
Me too haven't received anything yet from my investment, maybe they distribute token on a first come first serve basis, as i sent my ETH a bit late that was last Sept 12 maybe i'll get it later.
