This all makes sense to me except the bit a bout the Feedback Form? Where is this?

2. Type your e-mail address and password.

3. You will get a message with the link to your e-mail. Follow the link from the message to activate your account.

4. Sign in to your account https://wallet.cryptonex.org

5. Transfer BTC or ETH to the wallet in your backoffice.

Got that far, but I purchased my first BTC on the backoffice sent from my personal wallet and got CNX in a staking wallet already. I am
considering buying more from backoffice (ETH). Am I eligible for the 20% bonus when I am finished purchasing directly from backoffice?

I have an account, I purchased BTC for CNX via backoffice and I do not see any tokens or extra CNX in my online wallet. I have not been presented with anything to date that I know of, other that what I have purchased. I'm confused. 1000 bonus tokens where?
