I do not see much information about the new ICO but I have a feeling it is not going to be the quick sale that we use to have.
It shouldn't be ended in a couple minutes.
Because every participants have limits. And they know they can invest anytime at the first of the ico in those limits.
It will, don't you think the reason of they limits the maximum amount of investment to every member to approx. 3.6ETH is because the overwhelming demand to their ICO?
the ICO will be done immediately after it's opened and the hype is real with this one.
