yes, definitely taking a bit more
but in theory we should always see a return of 100%/year regardless the amount of coins or this is not always true?
Yeah it will take some time but you could always add more coins when you can to your stack, this is what I do every now and then to help it grow and compete with the network weight. I believe RAIN is 200% per year and yes I believe you will get around that amount no matter how many coins you stake. It can even be more if you just let the coins you earn from staking compound and not sell them.
thanks a lot
know about adding more to the stack but since the price raised a bit from my entry and $BUZZ was in a really good entry opportunity at 5 sats decided to get some buzz and start a new staking coin.
but good to know
will keep raining for sure.
another question too.))
the stack reward sometimes 60 RAIN sometimes 700 RAIN. is it just random, how lucky i am? what i get.
Expected time for next reward 70 DAYS. gus do u think it will not be so long maybe.
yes, rewards are random, this is what I like the most about Rain

Almost all POS coins need to hold open 24/24 wallet to get the most out of it.
You can also unplug it, but then you will receive less coins.
It's so too for rain!
Hey Kronos - You've been around a long time. Maybe you can help me on this q.
I know the 24/24 for pos of course. But theres one thing no one seems to be 100% certain on. (Im staking RAIN, but this is relevant for POS generally)
Lets say you've been staking for X amount of time. And your computer shuts off. You notice 2 hours later and turn it back on, and unlock wallet and start staking again...
Is the "progress" for lack of a better term, lost? Are you effectively resetting the process?
If Not...is length of disconnected time relevant? Always wondered 'bout the facts on that.
Always get a lot of "I think it works like..."
Never with certitude?
Do you know?
Anyone else?
Thanks all.
your network weight is the amount of coins you have * the time of them.
I do't think that losing 2h of pc turned on would affect it so much
I'm actually not staking while I sleep. leave it open usually when I'm using the notebook...
