Anyway, this is just what I've heard thru the grapevine that some professional bitcoin gamblers do who want to stay under the radar and want to turn their bitcoin into USD fast ---> I heard that they purchase a pre-paid bitcoin card that can be used anywhere VISA is accepted---> Many work at ATM's and have higher limits than bank issued cards---> I don't know too much more about it, other than what I've heard, but you could maybe look into Bitpay or XAPO. <--- You didn't get that from me ---> that's just what I've heard.
