With so many ICOs flying around, can someone give a hint which team already has a working product and then launching an ICO, instead of the other way around.
Singapore based decentralized social network SocialX will have a working and testable alpha by the time they open their ICO for contributions.
Alpha may not be decentralized/completely decentralized, but the final release will be. They focus on, pictures, videos, streaming and private messaging. It's inspired by steam, but is not a fork. It's intended to be on ethereum network, but they may switch to NEO at some point if it matures fast enough. Upvotes are called superlikes and you'll get about 5 per day - token is sent to superliked content from reward pool (not your wallet). Normal likes are unlimited.
If you're interested, you can check whatever you want on their website (see my current signature) or ask them personally on their slack. At least one of the major exchanges is their target soon after the end of ICO.
