Well i'll share my personal experience here.

My contract expired/terminated when halving happened, because of the fact that my earnings were less than the amount of maintenance fees that i was obliged to pay to genesis mining. But just before that, i received payments only once every few days instead of daily because the payouts were so low that they can't put it in a single transaction.

This could apply to you to, though it might just be genesis mining not fulfilling their promises. Contact their customer support and demand a response, that's the best option. They are not a good way to make money but they are not a scam either.
