Updates: for those asking, here's what WCEX has said ish.

• ICO postponed, focusing on their platform
• Excrow was a sham, but they are supposedly working on that?
• Sign-ups working, if not, change your IP. No plans to disable signs ups even though there is technically over $2.3million in referrals so far.
• No plans to have their coin on any exchange after ICO, no point in asking if/when.
• Yes, they are letting a few test their platform right now. If you want in, email hello@wcex.co - If they don't let you in, message me, can easily get you access
• No, they won't release team info
• No information on the amount of tokens being made
