It was caused by the delay of the Wagerr forked lite-client wallet release, which is a part of the announcement. Testnet is now running among the team to test the bugs out before being released to the public. These were informally announced on the Wagerr Slack today

These news were actually included in the delayed coming announcement.
The announcement was delayed due the the delayed release of the Wagerr Wallet, which was also supposed to be a part of the announcement itself.
The wallet is incharged by Sigwo Technologies LLC - a sister company to Wagerr. Wagerr's CEO David Mah was a team member of Darcrus.
Darcrus is a token created by Sigwo Technologies LLC (
