I've sent all my screenshots of my stuck balances, copy of identication, Adressess and Tier 2 acceptance mails and all the mails between me and Crypsty servicedesk.

I had 7.6 btc over there.

Probably sent a lot less than others, but 2 or 3 screenshots of my account balance with the "accounts are frozen" notice at the top of the page for date verification.

Why are we expected to submit a tax form when a payout is not income but merely returning to creditors what was stolen from them?

On the W-8 BEN form, any idea what Part 1 #7 is supposed to be? Reference number for what??

Edit: so basically I understand that #7 can be left blank and is only used if you have some special situation and need to link to another document.
