Per definition of the word scam, it is impossible to make a case in which DeepOnion is a scam. It's definitely not.

Dev is staking the premine, yes, but he gave a reasonable explanation for doing so. He will pay bounties from the stakes and anything that is left-over after the airdrop finishes will be split among the remaining participants of the airdrop. As such, that argument is void.
