Im asking poloniex staff a to take a look over my ticket, #389962 2fa, my phone reseted all 2fa i had over it and i havent saved the keys to recover, now im unable to acess mine account since those day, since trollbox closed support is getting worse or looks like there isnt any kind of support, soo kindly handle my issue, thanks.
What I can do for you is to make your post be in front , let more people care about poloniex . They treat the ticket system slower and slower , more and more users will leave it.
