Is there any exchange open where XFCcoin can be traded? (Besides the counterparty DEX, which is a joke, where you need to pay bitcoins just to place a trade).

Why is it taking so long for a trading exchange to be established?  And now they need to raise more funds?  I can tell you at least one person who wont be buying any more XFCcoin until they start to meet their prior commitments.
