Peter , Pay to All of them and make them Happy. Those who have too many sign up from same IP. Ban them. Pay to honest one's 
UPDATE: we will pay everyone IF there are no more than 3 registrations from the same IP. This will eliminate more people but should stop all those fake ones.

Now I know my ETH investment will be in good hands and authorship won't be hit (that hard) since a lot of whiners are saying it's a scam coin while I truly believe in this platform.
And at least you will pay the ones who actually did promoting authorship.
That sounds fair to me!
