We have to wait a while to see if POS works. Like I said before, it is different from POW and takes some time.
People who invest in something and expect to get rich imediately, don't know what they are doing.
All of the people that are dumping at a low price are the loosers, because they have no knowledge of economics.
Time will tell if this project is scam or not. Renting an office or just a mailbox is a common practice nowdays and doesn't mean that everybody who does so has bad intentions. If a chinese company has a US address and is registered there, they may not be affected by the chinese politics.
