Pray-tell how many people have been duped? I'd like to see that list since AFAIK, they repaid the investors one of whom posted earlier on this thread.
But please, feel free to make that beta exchange. WCX is a GDAX clone based on React with TradingView integrated so go ahead. It'll at least put some weight into that oft blurted out claim.
