What's the "number of persons" ? It's clearly not the weekly participants and I wonder what these persons stand for?

I am pretty certain that the people left within airdrop are the strong holders now. There were some A*hole dumpers who sold it really quick.. but now the dumpers are barely 3-4 .. which is really manageable.
