A lot of complaints recently and actually at least one scam accusation against them as well.

This means that it is extremely likely that they are having significant liquidity issues that are affecting their ability to process withdrawals on time, and/or a shortage of customer support staff to man the stations.

I would say that at best, they are a shady operation currently.
