Why do they say bitcoin is illegall? I mean I read topics about bitcointalk.org is illegal?

I think because some hackers are using bitcoin to pay them with their illegal doings. Like ransomware? have you heard it? Victims are need to pay bitcoins to the hackers to be able to retrieve their data..
