Not a big loss, c-cex never implemented deposit/withdrawal as far as I know. The HEAT on c-cex could not forge and was basically taken hostage. Wonder what will happen to the amount of HEAT still on the exchange.Yes, CCEX deposit/withdrawl does ofc work. I had some issues in august i think, but due to the short block times its pretty damn fast.
