I see key members belong to China in this project whereas there startups based on ICO are loosing space in China. How this project will face all the legal issues and changed situation there ? It looks good but more and more countries are introducing regulations for funds seekers.

The key members are actually from
Hong Kong. We are operating in Hong Kong and are not base in China.
Hong Kong is running a completely different law system from China.
