Although i am not a developer. Really feel and relate to what you are feeling because i too have made something and put hours and hours just to have even points with people in my team who did not do sht to help with the project. It is just so frustrating.
That's why I really love the concept of open money. And i wish open money gains success. Because i see great potential. And i think they just might go and pull it off.
