Dont worry, You'll get Your coins. Bittrex returned my EMC and they told me its new wallet fault. You can also contact Bittrex via twitter. Describe Your problem there but dont put any of Your personal data, txid itd. Just tell them Youre waiting very long and that You've heard its a wallet problem.
