there's no such thing as "free" electricity here, just because YOU aren't paying for it, i assure you SOMEONE IS
95% fan your gonna burn one out pretty quick i give them 2 months, where did you see "thats what they are designed to be at" ? lol i would laugh to see ANY manufacturer recommend a 95% fan hahah damn, i never go over 80%, and my cards run 50°
I have a few 280x with fans @ 100% since day 1 (2015) and they still run like new ones, seriously.
