One of the strongest selling points of this coin is there was ZERO premine for the Dev, there is ZERO block reward for the Dev.  The only perk the Dev is getting (and I'm glad he changed his mind on this) is once Sanctuaries go live (i.e., Masternodes) the Sanctuaries get 10%, and the Orphan Fund goes from 10% to "expense" fund at 15%, of which a maximum of 5% can go for anything other than charity.  So he did finally carve out a small piece that could go to him, but the Sanctuaries will have to approve which shows a lot of either a) Character or b) Faith.
