Could you help out in my two questions above ?

one is about the locked coins in my wallet ,  why are those in particular locked? and how do i unlock them?

two is what are these msgs that keep repeating on the node of "error transaction verification ..." etc?

and sorry , that is a new question , i have some "red marked" blocks on my pool ? what are these ?
