Hi
 My attempts to log into my account are unsuccessful ( I'm using the same information I used last days of the old "BTC-e"  and now the only thing it changed is my  IP Address because The Hurricane IRMA in FL, USA
 I have Pictures and proof on the amount of money I had in my account and the last time I logged with my two-factor authenticator
Can you please let me log into my account?

Do you have a whitelist ip in your account?
Exchange no longer works with americans. Try to go to the site under the Russian ip. Download Tor browser, find the file torrc, write at the end of the file:

StrictExitNodes 1
exitnodes {ru}


On the site https://2ip.ru/ make sure that the ip is Russian. Try to enter the https://wex.nz/. If it does not work out then go to the support https://wex.kayako.com/en-us , register (login and password from the wex.nz account does not fit), create a ticket and wait for a reply. Good luck!
