Now I see this message:

SIGT / BTC market is closing
SIGT is being delisted due to ongoing wallet issues that remain unresolved, please withdraw all your SIGT before 2017-10-19

What does that mean?  Am I able to get back all my SIGT coins?  Coz my coins are stuck at "pending withdrawal", so I can't withdraw anymore
