Hi. To share my experiences with Nexchange.IO, I will begin by explaining my first steps in this post:

1) I wanted to exchange 3,000 Doges, I entered that amount and clicked confirm.
2) It asked to make a payment of BTC, which I did.
3) Transaction was immediately picked up, and then you have to wait for confirmation. This was slow. After more than 40 minutes from 1 confirmation, I contacted Live Support after 5 confirmations, giving my order reference OEHR0N .
4) Live Support completed my order in 1 minute.

Bad: long wait, still not sent after 5 confirmations.
Good: Live Support completed after I explained.
