Any updates on when the electrum wallet will be fully functional? Have had connection issues for weeks and when it does connect, haven't been able to send any coins.

any news or alternate network server that connects would be useful
the electrum server is up and running, and a few volunteers are also running some new servers. they will be added to the electrum repo and new binaries will be released, so that there are multiple electrum servers always running 24/7 and no one gets affected by maintenance.
also, once the coins show up, they are spendable. we're hoping to have the "unverified" bug squashed in the next update ;]
