I would say that rape must be punishable by death.Oftentimes the victimes are not just sexually assaulted but also killed.Why do people does those things?Instead o f just raping them,they kill them.Why just leave it raping them.So they must be punished also with death.So that other people will think first before doing such thing as a henious crime.
Did you think this through? They're already punished by death in places that have the death penalty due to the murder. Adding a death penalty for rape will really encourage the rapist to kill the rape victim to cover up the crime. I'm not saying it's bad, but it sounds like you're contradicting yourself. With a rape death penalty there would be fewer cases of rape but a larger number of rapes that end with murder.
I still haven't seen anyone caring much for the victim. It's all Internet tough guys saying let's kill the rapist or chop his penis or such. How about letting the victim decide what is to be done to the rapist? A large fine should be paid out to the victim. This punishes the rapist and helps the victim. A few years in jail (sex offenders get their sentences reduced, drug deals don't) doesn't really help that much.
