License forthcoming.How come do they launch on 28th of this month without any license? The license part expected to be completed by October? This news does not bring a positive impact on the users and the price went down below 30k sat now.

I think this is a great trick from the whale . They want to get bigger profit and dumped it hardly to get many cheap coins. This coin will be possible to be listed on Polo exchange next month so maybe they have done this fact .
