So BitDice asked me to provide an ETH adress.

I have some questions about that. Please tell me if I got that right. 

Do I just create new one at myetherwallet and put it into the respective field in my BitDice Profile?

And then the CSNO Tokens are being sent to this ETH adress? Do I need to do anything else? Like add the token manually at myetherwallet or something?
