I read your white paper, the project seems very interesting. but there are questions.
1. Why such a weak marketing? There is practically no advertising and promotion.
2. Developers are from Russia, but there is no Russian thread on the forum.
3. Is there a need in  the ICO if QIWI  and Alpha banks are in your partners?
4. what kind of support provided by your partners: Revain, QVIQ, Karma, Ahoolee?
