That Dash forum thread just an empty announcement of a supposed plan to fix InstantSend.

Why is it being kept secret if it actually exists and is production quality FOSS?
This is the cargo cult thing again. You just built a bamboo runway hoping the software gods will bestow a miraculous solution to fix the currently exploitable problem of coordinated malicious Masternodes attacking.
The only significant thing about the current InstantSend fiasco is that it demonstrates Evan controls the network though his centralized "spork" backdoor.
That means the SEC is going to want compliance with all the things entailed by the Howey Test. Good luck with that.
