Does anyone read any downsides for this ICO? I think its always good to read all the negative news before I invest in something, makes sure I am not biased in my opinions (or at least less).

If you are talking about that 'review' on bitbillions, it's more a summary than an analysis. You will have to wait for part 2, 3, 4 or 5 to get some real information I guess.

yes you right i saw team work is very professionally doing great job.. project vision is very interested and this is the one in accounting reputed project.

Some icos I see on banners all over the place, paypie I see nowhere. I don't know if this is a good or bad thing any thoughts on it?

Thats because everyone have deeponion like you. Its hard to change ur signature since every project wants you to keep it till the end or you dont get anything.
Maybe this project is not that attractive because is really technical but it has huge potential.
