Yes. you have to send e-mail to
contact@authorship.com. You may need to fill out a withdrawal form, not sure.
From what I am told (which isn't much) the bounty program was not handled properly and now they are trying to do the right thing and payout everyone.
Unfortunately some damage has already been done but Peter is optimistic that people will realize a HUGE mistake was made and they regret that but they are trying to make it right.

If you haven"t filled up a form before, then yes you must do it now and submit it.
I see transactions getting sent to ether Delta, so people will be trading before bounties are paid.
