The card was blowing hot air onto a card just below it, which would cause the top card to heat up, while the bottom card kept the temperature normal. The air opened up solving the hot issue and they ran at around 62c now. If you are using one of the 4K + PICO PSU configurations, the board is comparable at $ 550- $ 600. If you are using a paid operating system, you will save 2x the cost for that, so there are likely 700-800 dollars. What about trouble shooting to find out one has failed, that will not be an easy task.
