being polite is not always and not for everyone. Sometimes you need to read or hear harsh words for you to realize what you made wrong. If you truly follow the thread and the post, it's been posted that a certain amount is already escrowed, the manager has good trust rating so asking non sense question deserves a rude answer. Just my opinion.
