  You must leave the wallet unblocked in firewall.

I temporarily disabled the Firewall altogether (and had previously confirmed that it was unblocked) but still no luck.  I also did the MacOS tutorial and it's not making any connections either.  MacOS is on my home network, the Windows 10 wallet is on a completely different network that I am connecting to remotely...

At a loss as to why it's not connecting for me on either platform.
