I asked this question because the transaction is showing some other info as well. There are two transactions happened in developer's account almost the same time, just an hour difference. One was about 50% 10,051,609.35 tokens and second is 11852251 tokens. Where these 11852251 tokens came from?

The tx contains 10,051,609.35 tokens so the same amount is burned. The total was 100 mil tokens.
100 mil - 10,051,609.35 = 89,948,390.65 tokens are left (sold, bounties, bonusses & devteam combined)
