i have the same problem my withdraw is pending from 04/2017 and the support stay with not answer 
That is scary, I also got my withdrawal processed after a week or so few months ago so I left them before getting my withdrawal stucked for another time. Their support is shit and if your withdrawal is in processing mode you can't even cancel it yourself which is not the case with other usual trading platforms.
