The Team is from Slovenia and working closely with Advisors from Austria. Go check their linkedin profiles they have loads of great references. I wouldn't call it a scam as also the president of the blockchain Slovenia is supporting them (and I know the guy, so I would trust where he puts his face).

Maybe they plan on posting something soon, their presale hasn't started yet so there's still time. Anyways you can check it out, go also check some of the references of the advisory team, I do think it can have good potential.
