I think you got it wrong FOCA
First of all you don't put any wallets anywhere, you just enter addresses. Second of all when you pay the 1% fee the money is released to the receiver.
You should look into it.It's definitely a loop hole in the system however for most transactions I don't expect the seller to accept a 30 day delay if receipt of goods/services is much sooner then that, but if you can work it out you pay 0% unless you want to recover your funds downside being the other party should ask what the hell before sending the goods.
