If their customer support doesn't reply I suggest you to post on forum.bitcoin.com and make a complaint there. If I remember correctly admins there are online most of the time, and they might be able to contact the guys who manage the store from their site.

Are they out of business? They have been updating their store website for weeks now. I ordered a ledger nano s back in June for a September ship date but haven't received anything yet and they do not respond to email contact for order status.
Seems a little shady at the moment.
I would like to buy a ledger nano. I heard it is out of stock. Where can I find/buy one?
