Putin isn't exactly chosen in a democratic way, he censors news outlets and makes the media reflect him as some superhero that can do anything.
He went swimming in his summer vacation and he supposedly came back from his little swimming sessions with old artifacts.
The dude was a secret service agent, KGB. Those aren't exactly gentle fellas. Judging by the history of his career I'm doubtfull if you should let such a person be president.
