What is the minimum total fee currently for a transaction i need dome fast?
Currently changes a lot. You should find a way to find always what that fee to do transaction fast is.
There are many websites that calculate it for you, but easier is to just use wallet which calculate fee's good.
Electrum is doing it quite well.
